Josh Lamonaca

Co-Founder | Head of Education

Josh Lamonaca is the creative and educational mastermind at MENSPIRE. As Head of Education and an award-winning barber and stylist, Josh is passionate about hair and innovation. He dedicates his time to advancing the education side of MENSPIRE, traveling the world to teach and mentor aspiring stylists. Josh’s commitment to education ensures that MENSPIRE continues to set new benchmarks in the industry, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Samuel Palmer

CO-FOUNDER | HEAD OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Samuel Palmer is the driving force behind MENSPIRE’s global expansion.

As Head of Global Operations, Samuel’s focus is on building and scaling the business while maintaining the highest standards of quality. Known for his leadership and mentorship, Samuel has been instrumental in establishing MENSPIRE salons worldwide. He is committed to the philosophy of “quality over quantity,” ensuring that as the company grows, the excellence and consistency of the MENSPIRE experience remain uncompromised.

UK DIRECTOR 

Oliver Moorhouse, the UK Director of MENSPIRE, began his career as a stylist at the company's St Albans branch. Demonstrating exceptional talent and dedication, he swiftly progressed to open his first salon in Radlett. Following his success, he's gone on to play a crucial role within MENSPIRE as a leading figure of leadership and inspiration helping our UK expansion. His journey from stylist to director exemplifies his commitment to excellence and his impact on the company's growth and success.

Mahi Chowdhury

HEAD OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS

Mahi Chowdhury began his journey with the company in 2014 as an assistant at the single salon. At just 14 years old and still in school, Mahi displayed remarkable integrity, character, and enthusiasm, coupled with an eagerness to strive for excellence. His dedication and hard work have been instrumental in MENSPIRE's growth from its humble beginnings to becoming a globally renowned brand with over 30 salons worldwide. Today, Mahi oversees the operations of MENSPIRE, working closely with Sam & Josh to ensure the company's continued success and global reputation.

Jordan Doyle

BRAND MANAGER

Jordan Doyle started his journey with the company after being a loyal customer of Josh's for many years. Initially joining as a basic level photographer, Jordan aimed to master the arts of photography, videography, and editing. Over time, he transformed the way the world perceives MENSPIRE with his elite-level photography, capturing the brand's artistry in the finest detail. Today, Jordan is a key member of the team, having significantly elevated MENSPIRE's social presence and brand imagery, solidifying his indispensable role in the company's growth.
